Each year, as the children at John Betts complete their primary school journey, they take part in a fundraising activity to raise money for the school. This money goes towards paying for their trip to PGL where they celebrate the time they've spent together and prepare for life in secondary school.
This year the children will be doing a sponsored walk along the River Thames as their contribution towards a year-long fundraising effort. They will be joined for part of the way by their friends lower down the school and will also help the local community by doing a litter pick in Ravenscourt Park.
At John Betts we are committed to ensuring all children get to experience the same rich and varied activities that complement their education in the classroom. Your donations will ensure that no child misses out on this right of passage as they take the next significant step in their young lives.
