TADIC offers a range of Contraception and Sexual health advice for local young people up to 19* years of age (*up to 24 years of age for Contraceptive Implants).
TADIC operates drop-in clinic every Wednesday 3-6pm staffed by GP, nurses and admin staff who provide contraception and emergency contraception, STI screening and treatment, pregnancy advice and referrals.
EYCS became a part of Young Peoples Wellbeing Service (YPWS) and the Teenage Drop in Centre (TADIC) with charity status, and have expanded to support young people in and around the wider Eastleigh area.
With a team of 15+ Counsellors in schools, GP Surgerys and local community settings now working for us, the amount of young people whom can access and benefit from the service is amazing!
There are a number of challenges facing young people which we are able to support with, from transitioning between primary and secondary school to college, exam pressure, difficulties in friendships, changing family dynamics and blended families, anxiety and wider wellbeing concerns. With all of the above in mind, we offer a safe space where young people can be heard, knowing what they share will not be shared.
