YBTC is Yorkshire's leading brain tumour charity dedicated to raising funds for life-changing research and patient support. Our vision is clear and simple, to cure a devastating disease that affects so many people. Whilst we are funding research to take us ever closer to our goal of making brain tumours a thing of the past, we will provide the best patient and family support network we can.

0WE ARE YORKSHIRE'S BRAIN TUMOUR CHARITY
We want to make sure we are here for anyone in Yorkshire and Humber who has been impacted by a devastating brain tumour diagnosis, including patients, carers and loved ones.
This might include running our 7-day-a-week phone support line for anyone who needs to talk, putting on a Christmas meal for all of our support group members, running support groups and wellbeing walks, or ensuring that all of the children we support get an Easter Egg or a special present from Santa.
HOW YOUR DONATION COULD MAKE A DIFFERENCE
Here is an idea of the incredible things your kind donations can make happen:
- £5 could provide a gift from Santa for a child going through a difficult time
- £10 funds a place for two people at one of our Support Meetups
- £15 means a patient or loved one can come along to a wellbeing walk and get a warm drink
- £25 is the cost of one child attending the Christmas party
- For £60 we can run a professional counselling session for a carer, loved one or patient
- £100 allows us to run our telephone support line and clinic for one day
- £343 can fund one day of innovative research at labs in Sheffield, Leeds or Hull
- With £500 we can provide a grant to ease the financial burden for a family going through a diagnosis
WE ARE HERE FOR YOU
We understand how isolating a brain tumour diagnosis can feel and so want to ensure that help is available to everyone, whenever they need it.
"It has been wonderful to see people in person. It makes such a difference. Being there, feeling special and being able to talk to other people who are going through their own situation was great for me." - YBTC Supporter
