To support Consilio (Scarcroft) Junior Academy, creating an inclusive environment for all cricketers.

In June 2024, staff from Consilio, SYKE, and LOD will take on the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge in the Yorkshire Dales National Park.

Our goal is to raise funds for the Consilio Cricket Academy, driven by Alistair Maiden, Consilio’s Global Advisory lead and founder of SYKE, inspired by Azeem Rafiq’s fight against institutional racism in cricket. Alistair envisions these academies as diverse hubs where anyone can pursue cricket, regardless of background. Learn more on our company blog.

We invite people from all walks of life to join us in this meaningful journey. Whether you're an avid hiker, cricket fan, or advocate for diversity, your support can bring real change. By backing our team, you not only challenge yourself but also contribute to empowering communities and nurturing talent.

Key Initiatives at Consilio (Scarcroft) Cricket Academy:

Diversity and inclusion: Workshops to promote cultural sensitivity among coaches, administrators, and players.

Access to resources: Investment for top facilities, coaching staff, and equipment, ensuring inclusivity.

Mentorship: Established professionals will mentor young players, offering guidance and inspiration.

Community engagement: We'll drive active involvement with local communities to encourage diverse participation.

Performance: Success measured by on-field achievements and fostering a culturally diverse cricket community.

Global expansion: Plans to replicate the successful model in Cape Town, South Africa, and Pune, India.

Let's together create a more inclusive sporting environment and make a positive impact on youth cricket in the UK, South Africa, and India.
