YORfarm is a newly set up CIC
We aim to provide animal and land based studies with a core of mindfulness, relaxation and animal therapy.
We will specialise in SEN but provide sessions for Any children to attend.
As SEN parents we have seen the devastating effect poor mental health and unmet needs are having on children. We have seen there is no in between service between mainstream school and SEN schools with both fit to bursting. We see families feeling helpless and unsupported.
We created YORfarm to be a support for our children, our schools and our families.
We created YORfarm to make a change. To give children options, to support mental health and support our community.
Any Funds raised will go towards setting up our Provision, training animals, maintenance and labour.
With help we will be able to provide this service not only sooner but to more families and schools.
