Everytime I taste our rich and creamy chicken and dumplings or our smokey, fall off the bone, succulent pulled pork with a side of freshly baked beans the like this country ain't never seen, I am transported back to a those foggy mountains where I'm running barefoot to get back to the dinner table. A time of family, laughter, and soul which stays with you forever. Our family want to share this journey with yall.

For years we have tried what is on offer locally but all we find is bland, salty, and overpriced. It was never our intention to open a restaurant but we feel food is something that shouldn't be hidden away.
