The Yemeni Community Association (YCA) has been dealt a devastating blow following the liquidation of Step to Work, an organisation that worked to support people back into employment. Unfortunately, this has left the YCA with an unpaid bill of over £20,000.
The YCA is a small, highly respected organisation based in Sandwell, and it relies heavily on this funding to remain sustainable. This unexpected financial burden threatens its ability to continue providing vital services to the hard-to-reach communities it serves.
In response to this crisis, the YCA has set up a GoFundMe page in the hope of raising the necessary funds to cover this loss. They are calling on support from the local community, the wider national community, and anyone who values the critical work they do. With your help, they aim to prevent the centre from going into debt or facing closure.
