Aim: Raising money to provide humanitarian relief through provision of football pitches, sports kit, and rehab support to Ukranian war veterans.

Liam Sullivan, founder of Tackling Matters, has been supplying sports equipment and installed 20 astro turf pitches in Ukraine since the start of the war.

Building football pitches for injured, amputee, and PTSD affected soldiers and civilians is not just an idea- it's a lifeline that can transform their recovery and future. For soldiers that have sacrificed so much, football offers more than physical rehabilitation, it becomes a pathway to reclaiming their dignity, strength, and purpose. The football pitches we provide become arenas of healing.

The monies raised will help to facilitate a amputee football tournament at Sandhurst Military Academy over the Easter weekend. This to include the laying of a new astro turf pitch for the event which will then be taken down and transported to Ukraine to form part of a rehabilitation hub.

The tournament will be made up of teams from across the UK along with 100 war wounded veterans from Ukraine.
