We are a small business called Flex Pilates Studio based in Sheffield, South Yorkshire, teaching Pilates classes through the week.
Due to the Corona virus we have had to close the studio and are now teaching online classes and they are going down a storm with our clients.
We'd like to do something to show our support to the NHS charities and as it's World Pilates Day on Saturday 2nd May 2020 we thought about doing a Pilates-a-thon with the instructors doing all the hard work!
We are asking our clients to choose the exercise, the level and also nominate an instructor to perform the exercise.
Jo, Laura, Carmel, Beki and Sandie will all be available on 2nd May so get choosing!!
