World Building: Steampunk Rome AH+WB+SP

Aim: There is already an 3D Rome, I want to build a Steampunk Rome World/Empire, because I think about the Roman Empire and Steam twice a minute.

My vision is create a user interactive story site where readers can suggest or request changes in plot and character then link this to a virtual world with logical underpinnings 

I am the Graduate of two University courses yet my Enlightenment level has decreased as I have become more formally educated..........

The money is required to create 3D modelling of a Steam Punk Rome using the World/universe that I have made up. 

The stories within this universe are being created then posted (on various site such as Alternativehistory.com or Spacebattles.com on the Dickensian model of short snippets designed to be digested in small amounts of time. A kind of serial micro fiction with each piece having a beginning, middle and an end but still adding to the overall story and pushing forward the universe.
