Aim: To support Chattertots, small charity based in Reading who support children with Down’s syndrome. And to support children in Gaza.
Ibraheem aka. Ibby, is our beloved son, was born on the 17th of December 2015. He has Down’s Syndrome.
This winter we want to walk a 5 km route around Richmond Park, London with Ibby to raise awareness also to support Chattertots.
Chattertots is a small charity providing early intervention for children with Down Syndrome in Berkshire. They launched in 2015 with just 3 families. By 2021, they had grown to support over 30 families. Speech and language is the biggest hurdle for children with Down Syndrome. Early speech and language intervention helps children master these essential life skills.
Chattertots been supporting Ibby since he was 3 years old.
Chattertots’s rely completely on donations by family who do fund raising and a small family contribution every month.
Chattertots provided speech and language therapy to their preschooler members, and starting in January 2025 is going to give the same service to the school age group too. They have fantastic summer camp that Ibby attended this year. They also provided special school consultation to help the school so that they can provide the best support. And couple of other programmes that become routine and annual activities.
Please donate generously as we will also share the donation with children and unfortunate families in Gaza. Donation for Gaza will then be transferred through Team Hasanat which one of the staff we/Ibby’s aunt know personally.
Your help means a lot to Ibby and his friends.
Thank you! ❤️
JazakAllah khair!
