Promoter & Benefactor

• The promoter of this prize draw is Paul Riddell of 34 Barton Mill Road, Canterbury, Kent, CT1 1BP.
• The benefactor of this prize draw is Paul Riddell of 34 Barton Mill Road, Canterbury, Kent, CT1 1BP.

Eligibility

• The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years and over. Employees of the Promoter or the Benefactor and their immediate families, as well as anyone connected with the draw, are not eligible to enter.

Entry Method

• To enter, participants can purchase prize draw entries via this Crowdfunder campaign. Entrants may enter as many times as desired.
• Free entry is also available by post. See the prize draw page for the free entry details. Additional details about the free entry route rules are below.

Dates

• The prize draw opens at 7am on Wednesday 5th March 2025 and closes at 5pm on Friday 4th April 2025. Entries received outside this period will not be counted.

Prize Details

• The prize is one Bearly Disco remix or production and is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered. It is at the sole discretion of Bearly Disco to determine the artisitc direction and duration of the remix or production.
• There is one prize available.
• The mix or production will be created and provided within six months of the provision of the winner's request (and vocals, as appropriate).

Winner Selection

• The winner will be selected randomly from all eligible entries using randomised software.
• The draw will take place on Saturday 5th April 2025, and the winner will be notified within 7 days of the draw taking place. 
• The winner must claim their prize by responding to the notification email within  7 days of being notified. Failure to claim the prize in time will result in another winner being drawn.
• Winners will be announced publicly via the Crowdfunder project page within 28 days of the closing date. Further details about publicity are below.

Personal Data

• Any personal data collected for the purpose of this prize draw will be used solely for administering the draw and contacting the winner.
• The data will be handled in accordance with UK data protection legislation and will not be shared with third parties without the entrant's consent. No personal data will be retained by Bearly Disco following the completion of the prize draw and the notification and acceptance of the prize by the winner.

Free Entry

• Free entry to the prize draw is available by post, and full details on how to enter for free are clearly displayed on the Crowdfunder project page.
• To enter by post, entrants must send their full name, contact details, and the name of the prize draw on a postcard or in an envelope with correctly paid postage to the address provided.
• Entries must be sent via post. Entries will not be accepted if delivered by hand.
• Entries with insufficient or incorrect postage will be void.
• Only one entry is permitted per envelope or postcard. Multiple entries within a single envelope will be disqualified.
• Free postal entries will be given an equal chance of winning as paid entries.
• Postal entries received after the closing time and date will not be counted, irrespective of the reason.

Publicity

• By entering, winners agree to allow the promoter and/or benefactor to use their name and image for publicity purposes, unless they request anonymity at the time of claiming the prize.

Disclaimers and Amendments

• The promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the prize draw if circumstances beyond their control make this unavoidable. Any changes will be communicated on the Crowdfunder project page.
• Crowdfunder is not the promoter of this prize draw and is not liable for the content or operation of this prize draw.
• Bearly Disco is not responsible for any error, loss, injury or harm caused by the hosting site Crowdfunder.co.uk or its affiliates.
• Any instance of online or offline bullying, harrassment or hatred will render all entries by the perpetrator invalid.
