Enter the prize draw via donating for entries on the Crowdfunder page or send your contact details via post to the address, WIN the ultimate Weeting Steam Rally Experience

The are no limits on the amount of entries per person. The minimum donation is £5 for one entry, ranging up to £100 for 50 entries. Users can get tickets as many times as they like, giving them more entries into the prize draw.

The prize draw will start on Monday 11 November 2025 at 07:00 and finish 28 days later, on Monday 9 December 2025 at 18:00

The winner will be chosen at random and contacted via email by Wednesday 11 December 2025. If the winner does not respond to the initial email within 72 hours, another winner will be chosen at random and emailed within one week. The winner will also be announced on the Weeting Rally website and social media.

Crowdfunder is not the promoter of this prize draw. The Weeting Steam Engine Rally is the promoter of the prize draw. (Registered charity 1158906)

The prize can be claimed for the 2025 Weeting Steam Engine Rally only, all prizes will be given to the winner at the rally, some parts may be posted out to the winner beforehand. Rally tickets will be issued in 2025 and posted out to the winner.

Entrants' details will not be shared with any other party. Details will be retained for the purpose of the promoter only.
