PRIZE DRAW - Terms and Conditions

 1.Anyone can enter this prize draw excluding employees of Military vs Cancer

 2. Entry is via crowd funder purchased ticket, or by 1 free postal entry per person, please submit a postcard with your name address and phone number to Military vs Cancer, Armstrong House, First Avenue, Finningley,   Doncaster, DN9 3GA

 Tickets can be purchased for £5 each.  You are able to buy as many entries as you would like.

3. Competition is run and promoted by Military vs Cancer

4. Enter between 31st march 2025 and 22nd June 2025 to be in with a chance to win.

5. There are 2 match balls available, one from the women’s game and the other from the men’s game.    Two winning tickets will be drawn, one per ball.  This prize draw is for the ball from the Men's rugby game.

 6. Winners will be selected using a random number generator and notified by email on the 23rd June.   Please check your email inbox for an email from us notifying you if you have won.

7. Once we have notified you that you have won, we will need you to reply with the address details you want the prize to be sent to by Monday 30th June.

The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom . Employees of the Promoter or the Benefactor are not eligible to enter.

Entry Method

To enter, participants can purchase prize draw entries via this Crowdfunder campaign. Entrants may enter as many times as they like.

Free entry is also available by post. See the prize draw page for the free entry postal address. Further details about the free entry route rules are below.

Dates

The prize draw opens on 31st March 2025 and closes on Sunday 22nd June 2025 at 10pm. Entries received outside this period will not be counted.

 Prize Details

The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.

Free Entry

Free entry to the prize draw is available by post, and full details on how to enter for free are clearly displayed on the Crowdfunder project page.

To enter by post, entrants must send their full name, contact details, and the name of the prize draw on a postcard or in an envelope with correctly paid postage.

Entries must be sent via post and will not be accepted if delivered by hand.

Entries with insufficient or incorrect postage will be void.

Only one entry is permitted per envelope or postcard. Multiple entries within a single envelope will be disqualified.

Free postal entries will be given an equal chance of winning as paid entries.

Publicity

By entering, winners agree to allow the promoter and/or benefactor to use their name and image for publicity purposes, unless they request anonymity at the time of claiming the prize.

Disclaimers and Amendments

The promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the prize draw if circumstances beyond their control make this unavoidable. Any changes will be communicated on the Crowdfunder project page.
