Promoter & Benefactor

• The promoter(s) of this prize draw is Ipswich Town Foundation, Portman Road, Ipswich, IP1 2DA. Charity Number 1157518.
• The benefactor(s) of this prize draw is Marcus Stewart, C/O Ipswich Town Football Club Former Players Association, Portman Road, Ipswich, IP1 2DA.

Eligibility

• The prize draw is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years and over. 
• The prize draw manager, the Head of Business & Operations at the Ipswich Town Foundation is not eligible to enter.

Entry Method

• To enter, participants can purchase prize draw entries via this Crowdfunder campaign. Entrants may enter as many times as they like.
• Free entry is also available by post. See the prize draw page for the free entry postal address. Further details about the free entry route rules are below.

Dates

• The prize draw opens on Friday 31 January 2025 at 5:00pm and closes on Friday 14 February 2025 at 7:00pm. Entries received outside this period will not be counted.

Prize Details

• The prize is a signed and framed replica Ipswich Town Football Club, Marcus Stewart shirt and is non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.
• There is 1 prize available.

Winner Selection

• Winners will be selected randomly from all eligible entries using an online random number generator. The draw will be filmed and available for anyone who requests a copy.
• The draw will take place on Monday 17 February, and the winner will be notified within 5 working days of the draw taking place. 
• Winners must claim their prize by responding to the email from a member of Ipswich Town Foundation staff within 5 working days of being notified. Failure to claim the prize in time will result in another winner being drawn.
• Winners will be announced publicly within 5 days of the close date. Further details about publicity are below.

Personal Data

• Any personal data collected for the purpose of this prize draw will be used solely for administering the draw and contacting the winner.
• The data will be handled in accordance with UK data protection legislation and will not be shared with third parties without the entrant's consent.

Free Entry

• Free entry to the prize draw is available by post, and full details on how to enter for free are clearly displayed on the Crowdfunder project page.
• To enter by post, entrants must send their full name, contact details, and the name of the prize draw on a postcard or in an envelope with correctly paid postage.
• Entries must be sent via post and will not be accepted if delivered by hand.
• Entries with insufficient or incorrect postage will be void.
• Only one entry is permitted per envelope or postcard. Multiple entries within a single envelope will be disqualified.
• Free postal entries will be given an equal chance of winning as paid entries.

Publicity

• By entering, winners agree to allow the promoter and/or benefactor to use their name and image for publicity purposes, unless they request anonymity at the time of claiming the prize.

Disclaimers and Amendments

• The promoter reserves the right to amend or cancel the prize draw if circumstances beyond their control make this unavoidable. Any changes will be communicated on the Crowdfunder project page.
• Crowdfunder is not the promoter of this prize draw and is not liable for the content or operation of this prize draw.
