General

1. This prize draw is organised and promoted by Astro Gymnastics Fundraising Team.

Entry

2. Entries open at 8am on Wednesday 4th September 2024.

3. Entries can be made online at https://crowdfunder.co.uk or by post, to Prize Draw, 5 Hutton Square, Brucefield Industrial Estate, Livingston, West Lothian.

4. Each £2 entry will act as an entry into the prize draw. Entrants may enter as many times as they wish.

5. Free postal entries must include your name, address and contact details. Each postal entry will act as an entry into the prize draw. 

6. Entries close at midnight on Saturday 28 September 2024. Entries received after this date will not be accepted. The winner will be drawn on 29 September.

7. By entering the prize draw, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.

Eligibility

8. This prize draw is open to all.

9. Entrants must be over 18 and live in the United Kingdom.

The Draw

10. One winner will be selected at random using a computerised random number generator within 1 days of the draw closing.

11. The winner will be notified by email or telephone (using details provided at entry) within 2 days of being chosen. If the winner does not respond within 7 days of being notified, the prize will be forfeited and the Astro Gymnastics Fundraising Team will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above. 

12. The prize will be available to be collected or delivered within 7 days of responding to the Astro Gymnastics Fundraising Team, subject to availability with the supplier. The winner has the choice to select a hoodie or a backpack and the fundraising team will arrange the order including size and initials/name on request. 

13. Prizes are non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered. The Astro Gymnastics Fundraising Team reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control makes it necessary to do so.

14. Astro Gymnastics Fundraising Team is committed to safeguarding the personal data of the people who enter the Prize Draw. We will only use your personal information to administer this Prize Draw.
