Terms & Conditions

Eligibility: The prize draw is open to individuals aged 18 and over, residing in the United Kingdom.

Entry: Entry into the prize draw is available online through the website or by direct bank transfer.

Free Entry: A free entry option is available upon request. To enter for free, please send a stamped self-addressed envelope to Craig Broadman. 114 Merlin Drive, Quedgeley. GL2 4NL, clearly stating your name, address, and contact information. Free entries must be received by the closing date of the prize draw.

Entry Period: The entry period for the prize draw opens on Friday 7th June 2024 and closes on Friday 21st June 2024 at 7:00 PM. Any entries received after this time will not be eligible for the draw.

Winner Selection: The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received. The draw will take place within 48 hours of the closing date. The winner will be notified by Monday 24th June and must respond within 7 days to claim the prize.

Prize: The prize consists of a 2023/2024 Manchester United home shirt signed by 15 first-team players. The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or an alternative prize.

Publicity: By entering the prize draw, participants consent to the use of their name and likeness for promotional purposes related to the prize draw and Viney St. Swithins Football club without additional compensation.

Data Protection: Personal information provided by entrants will be used solely for the purpose of administering the prize draw and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

Liability: Viney St. Swithins Football Club  shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury caused by or arising from participation in the prize draw or acceptance of the prize.

Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

By entering the prize draw, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Viney St Swithins Football Club reserves the right to amend or withdraw the prize draw at any time without notice.
