Carry it by the pretty, feature top handle or the longer, adjustable strap. The Mulberry Mini Iris is compact but bijoux and absolutely beautiful.
Crafted from pure, winter-white, pebbled calfskin, it has a soft, curvy silhouette and the perfect amount of slouch. It's ideal for when you only need the basics.
The Iris Hobo is laidback luxe for modern lifestyles, with the same attention to detail as the original Iris. This casual counterpart features the signature Keystone Lock and the same drawstring ties to enhance the bag's natural tactility.
Fight for Sight: Save Sight. Change Lives.
In the UK more than two million people are living with vision loss. Every six minutes, someone receives a diagnosis of vision loss. Imagine it? At that moment, people faced two equally profound questions. Can this be stopped? How do I live my life?
It is my privilege to work for Fight for Sight, which funds brilliant minds and bright ideas so we can answer both questions with a resounding 'yes'.
We are investing in scientific research that will help us better understand, prevent, diagnose and treat vision loss. Researchers in London, for example, are growing retinal cells in Petri dishes to find treatments for Stargardt's Disease, as you can find out in this behind-the-scenes video featuring ambassador Gemma Owen.
Others are working on interventions that will help us to prevent children with arthritis from developing complications that will lead to complications such as the one that impacted Elizabeth Maxwell, who has never seen the face of her second son.
Bright ideas
The partnerships we build and initiatives we support change life for blind and vision-impaired people. They are more likely to face reduced mental health, wellbeing and confidence, as well as lower levels of financial security than the general public.
For example, Javid first noticed he was losing his vision while playing cricket, but now he plays blind cricket with Metro Sport, which we fund. Research commissioned by Fight for Sight found that people who are blind and vision impaired are three times more likely to experience loneliness and isolation than the general population. That's why we funded outings to a Farm for young people and are funding Natural England, encouraging people to walk for their mental wellbeing.
