Terms & Conditions

1. The prize draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age and for people who are residents of Great Britain.

2. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any prize you may win. 

3.The prize draw is £10 for one entry and £35 for four entries. You can also enter for free by a postal entry and send your Entries to 41 Vernon close Barnsley S70 4EA. Include your name, address, email and the phone number to get one entry per person. All the free entries and paid entries are treated equally.

4. We will not accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate. 

5.The prize will be one pre-owned Men's Omega Seamaster professional 300m wristwatch with box and papers with the current value of £2900. 

6.The winner will be drawn at random

7.The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternatives will be offered. 

8. We reserve the right to substitute prizes with another prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond our control make it necessary to do so. 

9.The decision of regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it. 

10.The winner will be notified after 21st of August 2024 via the email or phone number provided  during subscription. 

11.We will attempt to contact the winner through their email or phone up to 2 times.

12.. If the winner does not respond to the emails or phone calls notifying them of their win within 7 days of the second email, they will lose their right to the prize, and we reserve the right to choose and notify a new winner.

13. Receipt of the prize

 Please allow 14 days for delivery of the prize or alternative collection or delivery arrangements may be made through mutual agreement. 

14. Data protection and publicity

 You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by Me for the purposes of administering the prize draw, and for those purposes as defined within our privacy notice.

16.The winner agrees to the release of their first name to any other prize draw participants if requested.

Limitation of Liability

18. We do not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draw or being selected for a prize, save that We do not exclude its liability for death or personal injury as a result of its own negligence.

19. We reserve the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. 

20. The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
