To enter the draw, purchase one (1) £25 entry (or multiple entries) via Crowdfunder, or send in a free postal entry.

• Entrants may enter as many times as they'd like. 
• The Prize draw runs from 0900 hrs (GMT) Tuesday 10th December 2024 until 0000hrs (GMT) Thursday 16th January 2025.  Any purchases made after this time will not be entered into the draw. 
• Free postal entries are accepted. Only one entry per postcard or envelope will be accepted. Postal entries should be sent to Safari Competition 2024, Unit 5, Manor Farm Barns, Burcombe, Wiltshire, SP2 0EJ, United Kingdom, England and must be received by the closing time and date otherwise will not be entered into the draw.
• There is only one (1) prize, and only one (1) prize winner will be selected.
  
  
• The prize winner will be selected using a third-party random winner generator from all valid entries received during the competition period. The draw will be conducted before 12.00 pm (GMT) on 20th January. The prize winner will be notified via a phone call only.  If the prize winner fails to accept the prize within 24 hours of the offer, another prize winner will be selected using the same third-party random winner generator. This process will continue until a prize winner has accepted the prize.
• The prize winner will win one (1) holiday for two (2) adults in Tanzania;

The holiday will include:

• Six nights’ accommodation at Nomad Tanzania Limited’s Safari Camps and Lodges: 
  • Three nights at Kigelia, Ruaha;
  • Three nights at Sand Rivers, Nyerere;
• All park fees and domestic flights within Tanzania.
• A balloon flight in Ruaha National Park
• Guide and vehicle (including game drives, walking safaris, and river excursions).

The holiday will not include:

• International flights to Dar es Salaam;
• Overnight accommodation in Dar es Salaam (that may be required during the holiday);
• Any additional accommodation, excursions or activities;
• Tips, tourist visas, vaccinations or any other personal expenses that may be required in connection with the holiday;
• Mandatory Travel Insurance costs.
• Outside of the payment, deposit and cancellation terms included within Nomad Safaris Limited’s Terms and Conditions  all other terms will apply to any individual adult(s) participating in the holiday.
• The prize is valid for a stay during 2025 subject to availability, based on two (2) adults sharing. Additional guests can be added to the holiday but will be charged the applicable rates at an additional cost to the prize winner. 
• The prize value at the date of the prize draw is $14,500 and cannot be redeemed for any cash prize.
• The draw will be governed by English law and is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.  
• The organiser of the prize draw is Nomad Safaris Limited (Company Number 11656669) and all proceeds raised by the prize draw will be donated to Nomad Conservation Fund (Registered charity number 1200989).
• The organiser reserves the right to suspend, cancel or modify the prize draw at any time (and for any reason), without notice.  
• The organiser offers the prize in good faith and shall not be responsible for damages, losses or liabilities of any kind, including without limitation, direct, indirect or consequential loss or damages arising out of or in relation to the draw. The liability of the promoter shall be limited to the maximum amount permitted by law.
