Terms & Conditions
Terms and Conditions for the Samsung Galaxy Chromebook Go Prize Draw
1. Eligibility
1.1. The prize draw is open to individuals aged 13 years and over who are residents of the UK.
1.2. Employees of the promoter, Mathew Galvin, or their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
2. Entry Method
2.1. Entries can be made online through the specified website or in person.
2.2. A free entry route is available: participants must send an email with the subject line "Entry into Prize Draw for Chromebook," including their full name, age, contact number and address. This free entry is limited to one per person and it will not be counted if you are ineligible.
2.3. Paid entries are available at £5 for one ticket or £12 for three tickets. There is no limit to the number of paid entries.
3. Fundraising Goal
3.1. A minimum fundraising target of £300 must be met for the prize draw to proceed.
3.2. If the target is not met by the end of the draw, all entries will be refunded.
4. Draw Details
4.1. The prize draw will commence on November 5 and conclude on December 10.
4.2. The winner will be announced at 5pm on December 11.
4.3. Entries will be assigned a ticket number, and the winner will be selected at random using a random number generator.
5. Prize Delivery
5.1. The prize is a brand new, sealed in box, Samsung Galaxy Chromebook Go with an 11" screen.
5.2. Delivery method will depend on the winner's location: hand delivery within 10 miles or posted via special recorded delivery for other locations.
5.3. It is the responsibility of the participant to provide a correct telephone number to facilitate contact with the winner to arrange delivery.
6. Data Protection
6.1. Personal data will be stored on Crowdfunder's website in accordance with their privacy policy and will be destroyed upon completion of the prize draw.
6.2. Participants consent to the use of their data for the purposes of administering the prize draw.
7. General Terms
7.1. The promoter reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.
7.2. By entering the prize draw, participants agree to comply with these terms and conditions.
7.3. The promoter's decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome.
7.4. The promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the prize draw, except where caused by the promoter’s negligence.
8. Legal
8.1. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
8.2. If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
