Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
By entering this prize draw, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
1. Organizer
This prize draw is organized by Compassion for the Land, a UK-registered non-profit organization dedicated to protecting the environment through land conservation.
2. Eligibility
- Entry is open to individuals aged 18 and above.
- Employees of Compassion for the Land and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter
- Participants can enter the draw by purchasing a ticket or making a qualifying donation through the campaign platform.
- Each ticket or donation increases your chance of winning. The cost of each entry is [£X].
- The deadline for entries is [insert date and time]. Late entries will not be accepted.
4. The Prize
- The winner will receive a Four-Day Safari to Amboseli and Tsavo National Parks in Kenya, including accommodation, meals, and guided tours.
- The prize does not include flights, travel insurance, visa fees, or personal expenses.
- The prize is non-transferable, and no cash alternative is available.
5. Winner Selection
- The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries using a fair and unbiased method.
- The draw will take place on 17 Jan 2025, and the winner will be notified by email.
6. Claiming the Prize
- The winner must claim their prize within 14 days of notification. If the prize is not claimed within this time, a new winner will be drawn.

7. Use of Funds Raised
All proceeds from the prize draw will go toward purchasing and protecting Woodland Off Thicket Drive in Maltby, Rotherham, South Yorkshire, and other conservation efforts as outlined in the campaign.
8. Liability
- The organizer accepts no responsibility for entries not received due to technical or other issues.
- The organizer is not responsible for any expenses incurred by the winner beyond the prize itself.
9. Privacy
- Personal data provided during entry will be used solely for the administration of the prize draw and will not be shared with third parties.
10. Changes and Cancellation
- Compassion for the Land reserves the right to amend or cancel the prize draw if circumstances beyond its control make it necessary to do so.
11. Jurisdiction
This prize draw is governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
