Terms & Conditions

1. The prize draw is open to everyone over the age of 18.

2. The draw may be entered by selecting an option on the Crowdfund website, or via postal entry sent to: Prize Draw, Llanerchydol Hall, Llanerchydol, Welshpool. SY21 9PQ

3. To enter the prize draw on Crowdfund, select the number of entries you wish to enter for: A single entry is £8, 2 entries are £15, 5 entries are £35. 

10 entries are £60 and also includes the option to purchase a stay at Llanerchydol Hall at a discount of 10% (direct bookings with Llanerchydol Hall only). 

There will be a refundable damage deposit  for any prize that includes overnight accommodation.

There are no limits to the number of entries any one person may enter.

4. Llanerchydol Hall is the promotor of the Prize Draw.

5. The prize draw will start on 12 May, 2023 and end on 15th June, 2023.

6. The prizes are:

(a). A week's use of the whole of the West Wing of Llanerchydol Hall with access to the formal rooms at Llanerchydol Hall (sleeps up to 12 people in 6 suites/rooms), and the grounds and gardens. 

(b). A week's stay for 2 people in a self-catering apartment at Llanerchydol Hall

(c). A weekend stay for 2 people in a self-catering apartment at Llanerchydol Hall

(d). Afternoon Tea for up to 10 people at Llanerchydol Hall

(e). Afternoon Tea for up to 10 people at Llanerchydol Hall

(f). Overnight stay at Llanerchydol Hall for 2 people and return trip from Llanerchydol Hall to Powis Castle in a Rolls Royce Silver Shadow 1976,including entry to Powis Castle. 

(f). Traditional Indian Meal at Llanerchydol Hall, for up to 10 people.

All dates for prizes to be agreed by mutual consent. Optional tour of Llanerchydol Hall included, if desired

7. Winners will be drawn randomly and announced on Crowdfund by June 30th, 2023, and also notified in person.

8. We undertake not to store personal data unless explicit written consent is given.
