Our Cause
Funds raised from the prize draw will help Julian House to support homeless and socially excluded people across the South-West. Operating more than 40 different projects, accommodation sites and social enterprises, the services we provide include:
- Homeless support services including our emergency 20 bed hostel, rough sleeper outreach teams and supported move-on accommodation
- Specialist support and accommodation for people escaping domestic abuse.
- Addiction recovery and mental health support.
- Support for travelling communities.
- Refugee resettlement and integration support services.
- Support and accommodation for prison leavers, including training opportunities to return to work.
- Support and accommodation for people with Autism.
- Work experience and training for people experiencing homelessness, social exclusion and long-term unemployment.
Julian House also runs training programmes, including at our Julian House Bike Workshops in Bath and Trowbridge, to help people regain confidence, learn new transferable work skills, gain accredited AQA qualifications and get back into education, volunteering and employment.
