ELM Wildlife (Every Life Matters Wildlife) Fundraiser Prize Draws

•    By entering our prize draws you are agreeing to the following prize draw Terms and Conditions.

•    The prize draw we are offering is being run by ELM Wildlife, a Charitable Incorporated Organisation (CIO) - Registered with The Charity Commission for England & Wales - Registration No 1188486.

•    The ELM Wildlife Rescue Centres address is - Unit 5, Hayter Hames Building, Seale Hayne, Newton Abbot, Devon TQ12 6NQ.

•    The ELM Wildlife Office address is – Devon House, Ruckamore Road, Chelston, Torquay, Devon TQ2 6HF.

Eligibility To Enter    

•    Our prize draw is open to entrants over 18 years of age only.

•    Entry is permitted from anywhere in the world; but please be aware that postage if applicable, has only been calculated for the mainland UK.

•    Anyone entering the prize draw accepts that in the event that they win the Prize, they are responsible for their own travel to and from the point of collection.

•    By entering our prize draw you confirm that you are eligible to do so, and eligible to claim any prize you may win.

•    The number of entries allowed per person are unlimited, based upon.

A.    A donation of £1 will secure 1 entry into the draw the participant has entered.

B.    A donation of £10 will secure 10 entries into the draw the participant has entered.

C.    A donation of £25 will secure 25 entries into the draw the participant has entered.

D.    A donation of £50 will secure 50 entries into the draw the participant has entered.

How To Enter  

    To enter the prize draws:

•    For Online Entries please enter via the form options opposite.

•    Bank or credit cards may be used to enter the prize draw, via the Crowdfunder website.

•    Bank transfers can be made to enter the prize draw, via the Crowdfunder website.

•    Postal entries may be made by mailing their full name, address and a contact telephone number (including area code if providing a landline number) or other method of contact (as applicable), to the above ELM Office postal address.

A.    Postage entries must come postage paid, or they will not be accepted.

B.    Entries received other than in an envelope will not be accepted.

C.    Cheques must be signed and be for at least £10, which will purchase 10 tickets.

D.    Only one individual may enter the draw in one envelope.

E.    Personal and hand delivered entries will not be accepted.

F.    Postal entries must arrive at least 3 working days before the end of the draw.

G.    We are unable to accept responsibility if contact details provided are incomplete or inaccurate - or for prize draw entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged, or delayed in transit.

Free prize draw entrees via post must abide by the above conditions, with the following additions:

A.    Only one draw entry will be allocated to each letter received.

The prize

•    The winner/s of our prize draw will be selected by Random Number Generator after the close of the competition; this will be one number per prize.

•    The first number to be drawn will win the Prize, the second and third numbers to be drawn will form the reserve list. 

•    The draw will be made at either the completion of all allocated tickets, the total sum figure reached, or a closing date; this will be stipulated with the item details.

•    The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

•    If the prize is new, it may come with a receipt; this will be supplied if held by ELM Wildlife.

•    Some new/sealed donated items, may not come with a receipt.

•    ELM Wildlife is not responsible for any aspect of the Prize, including any faults and non-receipt of prize. Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable and no cash alternative will be offered.

•    The decision of ELM Wildlife regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

Winner Announcement  

•    Once the draw has been made, the winning draw number will be announced initially on the ELM Wildlife Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/savinghedgehogs 

•    please do not contact ELM Wildlife via the Facebook page, telephone number, or by any other media. Please do not advertise your draw number publicly.

•    The winners will be notified after by the email and/or phone number provided in the prize draw entry.

•    We will attempt to contact winners by email, and phone, up to three times. If contact is not made, we reserve the right to choose and notify a new winner.

Claiming The Prize

•    Arrangements for delivery will be made between ELM Wildlife and the selected winner via telephone and/or email.

•    The winner will be required to verify their identity as the named ticket holder in order to collect the prize; please save the email conformation sent by Crowdfunder.

•    It may be possible to collect from ELM Wildlife, but this option cannot be guaranteed.

•    If a winner does not claim their prize within 14 days, they will lose their right to the prize.

•    If the winner cannot be contacted or has not claimed their prize within the required time limit, we reserve the right to choose and notify a new winner.

Data Protection & Publicity    

•    You consent to any personal information you provide in entering the prize draw being used by us for the purposes of administering the prize draw.

•    Winners agree to participate in any reasonable publicity related to the prize draw which may include the publication of their name.

•    All personal information shall be used in accordance with our Data Protection and Privacy Policies

Limitation of Liability    

•    The Charity does not accept any liability for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrants as a result of either participating in the prize draws or being selected for a prize.

General

•    ELM Wildlife reserve the right to cancel the prize draw or amend these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice.

•    Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of the promoter and accordingly the promoter may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to the promoter as a result thereof.

•    The prize draw and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

•    As a condition of entering the prize draw, entrants must ensure that, by doing so, they do not contravene any laws of their country of residence. ELM Wildlife will not be liable in any way if any entrant enters the prize draw unlawfully.
