Wild Galicia
We did it

Our aim is to buy back parts of Eucalyptus forestry in Galicia and rewild these locations to natural occurring plants for the ecosystem.

I have been travelling the word surfing but also looking for a place to live a life more in tune with nature.

After close to 20yrs searching my heart has settled on Galicia where the Wild Galicia HQ is now.

The land in Galicia is truly beautiful and wild. However for many years it has been used for forestry growing previously Pine and now Eucalyptus.

Eucalyptus is a mono crop a fire risk and tap feeds water sources stifling the native environment. It's it used to make toilet paper and chipboard.

Our aim is to buy back one piece at a time, re-wild each location making small steps to a huge vision.

We will be working at events and online to attract donations to make this possible.
