Unfortunately this project was not successful.

To go towards a deposit for a site that will become a centre for restoring habitats, supporting wildlife, and a green space for communities.

Background

I am a zoology graduate with an MSc in global biodiversity & conservation. It is my dream and goal to create an organisation that restores and enhances habitats and supports wildlife, work with students, and reach out and engage with local communities.

Project

To purchase land and create a community interest centre where education meets action and purchase a site where the following can be achieved:

  • Restore, conserve, and enhance on site, local, and national habitats, connecting our fragmented ecosystems
  • Rewild and monitor native species
  • Research and support sustainable agriculture
  • Provide a space for students to gain hands on conservation experience
  • Opportunities for families and communities to enjoy, connect with and get involved

Wales is all about community and it is my dream to bring communities together for a project that's not only our best interest but for the interest of future generations to have a healthier greener environment.
