Our Mission: Who Jew Think You Are? is a podcast that showcases the rich and diverse stories of Jewish communities worldwide. Many of these communities are often left out of mainstream narratives.
Our goal is to uplift the voices of Jewish people from Africa, Asia, and the Americas, celebrating their unique histories, experiences, and perspectives. By expanding these conversations, we challenge stereotypes and create a more inclusive understanding of what it means to be Jewish.
What We’ve Accomplished So Far: Season 1 of Who Jew Think You Are? started as a passion project by Eylan Ezekiel, produced independently and on a volunteer basis, alongside his day job. The response to this work has been incredible. Listeners have engaged deeply with these stories, validating the need for representation of these often-overlooked voices. This grassroots podcast has sparked new conversations about Jewish identity, diversity, and belonging, and has inspired plans for an educational resource.
Why We Need Your Support: As interest in Who Jew Think You Are? has grown, so has the time and effort required to produce high-quality content. Eylan has taken the project as far as he can alone, but to meet growing demand and ensure professional production, we need help to take this podcast to the next level.
