The Rotary Club of Whitby and District is thrilled to be organizing our annual Octoberfest, which will take place on Sunday 6th October at Whitby School (formerly Caedmon). This event is our very popular annual sponsored fun-run for primary schools in the area and, this year, it is in aid of Whitby Wildlife Sanctuary and WHISH (Whitby Hidden Impairment Support and Help). For the children, the event promotes fitness and a healthy lifestyle, through sport, and is a fun and engaging experience with a huge amount of community spirit for families in our area.
We understand that times are very hard for everyone and so we would appreciate any amount of donation, big or small. We believe that with the support of our local community, we can make this year’s Octoberfest a memorable and impactful event for all children who participate and ensure it is a big fund raising success for Whitby Wildlife Sanctuary and WHISH (Whitby Hidden Impairment Support and Help).
Thank you for considering this opportunity to make a positive difference and contributing to our community.
