Aim: My aim is to fund a years income to reduce my need to work so I can concentrate on growing my business.

I have a 3d printing business, I make whimsical models that come with magical stories, I hand paint 3d prints and offer workshops for children and adults. I especially enjoy working with customers with different needs and abilities. I have the opportunity to move my business to a beautiful studio/shop 5 minutes from home, the location and building are perfect and come at a reasonable price but it will mean I need to work at my current job more to fund it to start with, juggling this with my children both of which are neurodiverse makes my dream feel a little scary! I know it could be great I just need a little help to get me there. I would spend the money on rent for the shop, running workshops for people who might not be able to afford them normally and growing my business further with advertising.
