Fundraising to help single mom in South Africa to buy a specialized wheelchair for her son, Xavier

by Gretha de Lange in London, England, United Kingdom

Meet Xavier, a bright and spirited young South African boy whose infectious smile lights up any room.   Diagnosed with cerebral palsy at birth, Xavier faces daily challenges with incredible courage and resilience.   Despite his determination, he urgently needs a specialized wheelchair to enhance his mobility and independence.

This wheelchair will not only provide him with comfort and support but also open up new opportunities for him to explore the world around him and participate more fully in social activities.

Xavier’s mum, Simone runs her small nail technician business from home, this allows her to schedule flexible appointments with clients and she is available for Xavier at all times. Simone’s daughter is a proud and loving sister to Xavier and attends local nursery during mornings.

I had the pleasure to meet this beautiful and loving family during a visit to South Africa earlier this year. I was touched by the love, care and dedication of this single mother.

Your kind and generous support can make a profound difference in Xavier’s life, helping him to achieve his fullest potential and experience the joy of greater freedom and inclusion.  Please join me in making this vital dream a reality for Xavier.
