Coaching Session with Jill Ladd
Jill is a qualified life coach and partners people to reach their potential in any area of their life.
In your session you will have time to focus on yourself, your goals, WIBA’s (find out more about those later!), challenges, desires or just whatever might be most important to you right now in your life.
You will be exploring the coach approach to be inspired in making the changes that are important to you. You have all the answers - you just might not know it yet!

6 Personal Training Sessions with David Scotland
David qualified as a Level 3 Personal Trainer in 2019 and shortly thereafter as a Certified Animal Flow Instructor. He has served as a Regional Leader for the Animal Flow programme. David is also a Functional Range Conditioning Mobility Specialist and has a Level 3 in Adapting Exercise for Ante and Post Natal Clients.

Movement Consultation with A Holistic Expression
A Holistic Expression helps Actors & Creatives unlock their capacity for expression.
With 15+ years of movement coaching experience and training from world leading institutions, Lloyd has a wealth to share. He has recently coached actors for screen like Calam Lynch (Bridgeton) to West End leads like Michael Oreilly (Dirty Dancing on Stage).
In this 30 minute consultation Lloyd will give you some foundational tools to aid in your journey towards A Holistic Expression.

The Cause
I've Never Met Anyone Quite Like You Before is the debut play by David Scotland.
Following a successful premiere at the Edinburgh Fringe Festival and a sellout run at the Old Red Lion Theatre, London, the play will make its international debut in May at the Red Sandcastle Theatre, Toronto.
