Aim: I hope to raise money to support a brilliant school that showcases why small schools can make a big difference in the world
The beginning of education is where you set up a child for a lifetime of curiosity and personal growth. As a parent and then governor at Sandwich Infant School I have seen the brilliant way that they gently direct the already fierce thirst to learn in the children in their care. All Schools in the UK are under enormous pressure to perform miracles of education under the most extreme financial pressure, and by running around a load of mountains I hope to help one of these schools to set up their children to be the very best that they can be.
