Why Well Hubs?

With the rising cost and complexity of international travel, more people in the UK are seeking restful, local escapes. That’s where Well Hubs come in. We offer thoughtfully designed, overnight accommodation that is peaceful, affordable, and rooted in the community.

Initially created to support golf courses and wedding venues with onsite stays, Well Hubs have proven highly successful. We’re now expanding the concept to serve local communities more broadly—creating spaces where people can recharge close to home, without compromising on comfort or sustainability.

Sustainable by Design

Every Well Hub operates entirely off-grid—powered by 100% renewable energy and requiring no connection to external electricity, gas, or water mains. This innovation not only reduces environmental impact but also keeps operating costs low and scalability high.

Our Growth Plan

• Phase 1: Our first Well Hub in Essex is operational and receiving excellent feedback.

• Phase 2: With your support, we will expand on our existing land in Essex and acquire new locations.

• 5-Year Vision: Launch 10 Well Hubs across the UK—four in the South, four in the Midlands, and two in the North.
