I am raising money for a charitable cause that is very important to me so please donate and help me reach my target in aid of Brett Foundation, Maidenhead. Brett Foundation's main activities focus on people who are isolated, in poverty or in need of help.
No donation is small. Anything you can contribute towards helping me achieve my target will be massively appreciated.
The Yoga Workshop will be held at the HQ, Cookham Road, Maidenhead on Saturday and Sunday 20-21st July 9am - 10am.
Yoga workshop will be free style - a mix of power-vinyasa and even some pilates. I generally ask the class what they feel like doing at the beginning, their energy levels, how well they slept and what stage they are in yoga.
All I need on the day is a Yoga mat and usual workout gear - water, comfortable workout clothing.
