We want to encourage as many people to get moving throughout march and completing a 5K. You can run, jog, walk or push solo or in a group.

Any additional funding will allow us to keep doing more for the communities we serve.
We are the dedicated UK charity for the World Boxing Council (WBC). Our vision is to enable communities to access to high-quality and safe boxing training, regardless of their ability, age, gender, identity, income or disability.
The reason for this project, is we want to get as many people active to enjoy the benefits of movement to their physical and mental health. The funds raised will mean we can continue to deliver in house and outreach programmes to local schools and develop our offering with multiple child service agencies across sussex to support young people in 1:1, group and mentoring programmes. We also want to advance our adaptive boxing programme and continue to showcase what we do to encourage more people with disabilities to get involved in boxing as it will be adapted to their needs.
How you can play your part
There are four simple ways to help us reach our target, and make this project a reality.
1. Make a donation: The funding we receive will be spent serving our community and enable us to connect with more people who need the support.
2. Plan your daily 5k (or as often as you can): Share your 5K completion on Instagram and tag in WBC Cares UK and use the hashtag #marchmovement
3. Join our Strava group: Join our WBC Wellness group on Strava, search WBC Cares UK and be a part of the team.
4. Share our Social Media Page: Like and share our March Movement to encourage your circle to take up the challenge.
