Walkley Ebenezer Methodist Church is the home to many community groups and events based in the local area. As well as being the base for our congregation, the church building gives a home to a wide range of organisations and activies, from Rainbows, Brownies and Guides and the Friday Folk lunch club for older people, to the All Friends Community Hub, First Steps Baby and Toddler Group, and many different exercise classes.
We've not been able to run our usual fundraising events because of the virus and have also lost most of the income we normally get from everyone who hires the rooms we provide in the building. We're fundraising to enable us to keep our building as a community resource in the future.
