Walkeez

Aim: Uber-style app matching dog owners with young people so they can earn while they learn. Making pet care smarter, safer, and more flexible.

I’ve spent 20 years in the trades and helped scale national businesses like Heatable and Boxt from the ground up. I know what it takes to build something that works at scale and creates real value. Walkeez is my next venture, and it’s got the potential to be massive.

Walkeez is a national dog walking platform built on a proven model. Think Uber meets Strava, but for pet care. Dog owners get safe, tracked, reliable walks. Young people get flexible work they can fit around studies or apprenticeships. It’s tech-first, but human-led.

This isn’t a gig economy free-for-all. Walkers are vetted, GPS tracked, and rated. Owners get updates in real time. It’s the kind of service I’d want for my own dog, and the kind of opportunity I’d have wanted when I was 16+

We’ll use the funding to:

• Build the app and core tech
• Launch the platform nationally
• Recruit and train our first group of walkers
• Market to dog owners across the UK
• Set up safeguarding and compliance processes from day one

I’ve already built internal systems and tech features that saved teams thousands of hours. I know how to scale operationally and deliver both experience and performance. Walkeez isn’t a side hustle, it’s a serious business with a national vision.
