An ideal volunteer for Age UK Ealing is compassionate, patient, and enjoys working with older adults. They should be empathetic, reliable, and willing to engage in activities that promote health, well-being, and social connection. Volunteers should have good communication skills, be comfortable assisting with tasks like serving meals or leading activities, and be proactive in making a positive impact on the lives of socially isolated seniors.

What difference this will make
