Vire – Drink Spike Detection Stickers

When I was at university, one of my closest friends went out for what should’ve been a fun night celebrating the end of exams. We laughed, danced, and took turns grabbing drinks at the bar—until I noticed her stalling, looking confused and scared. She couldn’t remember what happened in the last hour, and her drink tasted so weird. We rushed her home, terrified. It turned out someone had slipped GHB into her drink.

That night changed me. I saw how quickly joy can turn into fear, how powerless you feel when you can’t trust the simplest thing—a drink in your hand. I promised myself I’d find a way to give people back some of that control.

That’s why I started Vire. A tiny sticker in your pocket might’ve stopped that from happening to my friend—and it can stop it from happening to you. It’s more than a product; it’s peace of mind for every night out.
