I am playing violin in care homes for elderly people. Music is amazing medicine for the soul - when I play, I see people with dementia remembering lyrics and names of the songs from their younger ages, forgetting their hurt back and legs as they stand up and dance.
Unfortunately, my violin has also seen better times and its fixing cost is unreasonably high. Although I can still play, the quality of sound and my ability to play is quite limited.
I would appreciate any help towards funding this cause.
