Hello my name is Darren, and I, along side the directors of Victory Vintage caravans CIC, are looking to Crowd Fund the purchase of the Boys school that is the home of our charitable community interest company (CIC). Here we help people with additional needs and/or are recovering from mental health issues. By teaching new skills through therapeutic creative learning and hands on practical application we restore vintage caravans back to full use. Not only do we give purpose back to caravans but also to those in our community who are struggling with life in many different ways.
We are we currently helping a number of people in distress but we need to purchase the building outright to secure the charity’s future.
We also have the backing from other local community groups in Eastwood who support our cause because they can see the benefits we are bringing to our community.
Our team of three includes:
Peter, an ex support worker with many years working with adults who had autism.
Claudia, who is currently a teens support worker with over a decades worth of experience in education, who also has an interior design background- perfect for design of vintage caravans and homes.
Myself, Darren, who has many, many years experience in the restoration of homes, caravans and antique furniture.
Together we are a strong team, who can change the lives of those in our community, who need help for a renewed life - will you help us to do that?
