Health update!
Despite my recent hospital admissions, I'm still fully intending on doing this challenge on 12th March! Looking forward to doing it alongside my Uncle, who's doing it for Cornerstone whom he works for!

As you likely already know, I have Endometriosis.
I was diagnosed in 2017 aged 29 and had never heard the word before.
Since then, I've been through a chemical menopause (along with the symptoms you would experience going through a "typical" menopause) and have set up a local support group covering Tayside.
For this year's Endometriosis Awareness Month, I wanted to do something different to raise awareness and so here I am doing just that by undertaking a firewalk at Balbirnie House Hotel in Markinch on Saturday 12th March - if you'd like to join me in doing so, you can register via www.eventbrite.co.uk/e/discover-your-awesome-firewalk-march-22-tickets-224587305677!
