At Vibe Community Limited, our mission is to create opportunities for young people to thrive. As part of the Brogdale CIC group, we work with individuals aged 8 to 18 (up to 25 for those with disabilities), focusing on listening to and responding to their needs through traditional youth clubs, activities, and alternative well-being programs.
Our Team and Vision
Our dedicated team is passionate about empowering young people. We believe that by providing supportive environments and engaging activities, we can help them develop confidence, skills, and a sense of belonging. Our vision is to see every young person we work with reach their full potential, regardless of their background or challenges.
Our Programs
We offer a variety of programs tailored to support the diverse needs of young people:
Youth Clubs: We operate several youth clubs across Kent, including locations in Faversham, Sheerness, Rushenden, and Newington. These clubs provide safe spaces for young people to engage in activities, socialise, and learn new skills.
Good to Be Me (GTBM) Well-being Sessions: This intervention program is available through schools to support young people dealing with anxiety, depression, behavioural concerns, or other challenges. Our specialists work daily with these individuals, achieving overwhelmingly positive results.
Holiday Activities and Food (HAF) Program: In collaboration with local authorities, we deliver safe and inclusive school holiday clubs. These programs are designed to provide engaging activities and nutritious meals to children from low-income families, ensuring they have access to positive experiences during school breaks.
Project Trust for Special Educational Needs (SEN): We offer specialised support and activities for young people with SEN, ensuring they have access to opportunities that cater to their unique needs and abilities.
Use of Funds
The funds we raise will be instrumental in sustaining and expanding these programs. Specifically, the money will be used to:
Enhance Program Offerings: Develop new activities and workshops that cater to the evolving interests and needs of our young people.
Increase Accessibility: Ensure that our programs are accessible to all, including those with disabilities or special educational needs, by providing necessary resources and support.
Support Staff Training: Invest in ongoing training for our staff and volunteers to equip them with the skills needed to provide the highest quality support.
Maintain and Upgrade Facilities: Ensure that the spaces where our programs are held are safe, welcoming, and equipped with the necessary materials and equipment.
By contributing to our cause, you're helping us provide vital support and opportunities to young people in our community, empowering them to build brighter futures.
