Victory Hall Accessible Toilet Project.
We did it
On 27th September 2024 we successfully raised £35 ( + est. £2.50 Gift Aid ) with 2 supporters in 84 days

We are raising funds to add a new accessible toilet and additional storage space at the front of the Hall.

Project by WARSASH READING ROOM AND VICTORY HALL

The Hall has an existing accessible toilet situated at the rear of the building. When the Hall is busy, the only way to get to the accessible toilet from the front of the building is by going outside and coming in the back door. This is not an ideal situation and can be stressful for the Hall users.

The funds raised by this project will allow us to extend the front of the building providing space for the new accessible toilet and storage for the many tables and chairs used throughout the year for functions at the Hall.

Many of the Hall's users are elderly and have mobility issues. Providing this new accessible toilet will allow the Hall to provide better facilities for these residents.

We have obtained planning permission for this project and have estimates  for the work of around £70,000.
