We're still collecting donations
On the 14th November 2021 we'd raised £280 with 14 supporters in 42 days. But as every pound matters, we're continuing to collect donations from supporters.

On the 14th November 2021 we'd raised £280 with 14 supporters in 42 days. But as every pound matters, we're continuing to collect donations from supporters.
MTF Coaching Academy CIC is community interest company that looks at instilling key traits and attitudes into children's lives such as confidence, self-belief, teamwork, honesty, integrity and respect. Our goal is to work with the community and we believe that sport is a fantastic way to engage with young children and a powerful tool to break down social and economic barriers and keep children and young adults away from a life of crime.
The area we operate in is a hotspot for flytipping. In the past 18 months we have tarnsformed various streets in the East Birmingham area by placing planters in those areas that are prone to flytipping and this has helped to tackle the problem. However, the vehicle that was in operation to help transport materials is now out of action and beyond repair. In order for us to continue with our clean-up project we require a vehicle large enough to help us to transport various materials required for the planters.
We hope there are like-minded people out there who can see our vision and will support us in our journey to tackle this major issue in our city and make Birmingham a clean and pleasant area to live in.
The planters are made by upcyclying/reusing old materials such as pallets, tyres, sleepers etc. These are sourced from various different areas, along with soil and plants. Therefore it is essential for us to have the appropriate vehicle for us to continue the work we hope will make a long term difference in the city.
In addition, the vehicle will be used to transport equipment for our sports camps which we run throughout the year in various localities across Birmingham.
