Aim: Medical needs

I am having surgery in 2 1/2 Weeks (major surgery) I'm having a proctectomy which is basically the removal of the last colon rectal Etc I have left  due to complications of an ileostomy 7 years ago, also removal of uterus and hernia operation ( I have five hernias) all of these procedures will be done during one extremely long surgery. I had pre-op yesterday and just found out all of the things I will need it to have it home to make the 6 months long recovery easier and possible. These items combined are expensive I only get one check before my surgery (I get an SSI check for myself and a survivors benefit for my husband's passing a combined total of 700 a month) I have my house payment and bills food everyday living such as hygiene Etc also will have to pay someone to keep my four for babies while I'm in the hospital for 7 days. So as you can imagine I have already been struggling with only 700 a month so if you could please find it in your heart to help out with the medical crisis that I'm dealing with it would be greatly appreciated. I'm truly in a desperate situation.
