Urgent emergency medical help

I’ve been suffering with a mental disorder since the passing of my twin sister who was literally my everything. Life hasn’t been easy for me and a lot has happened within these last few months, the society I live in thinks I’m crazy some of my family members think I won’t live long because of what took my twin sister’s life, I’m sad, lonely, and not even financially strong to take care of my wellbeing. I’m here pleading and seeking help from strangers to come to my aid as I’m struggling right now and needs urgent help.
