We are a Registered Charity and run a Community Radio Station here in the Channel Islands. You can listen to us online, on Digital Broadcasting (DAB) and on 107.1 FM.
Quay FM is vital to a small community bringing information and entertainment to its listeners on FM, DAB and online.
Listeners are able to hear weather, harbour, airport, event news and Media releases from the local government; the States of Alderney.
We started seasonal broadcasts from Alderney in 2000, and have been broadcasting full-time since 2014.
Our studio and transmitter equipment (much of which was second-hand) is old and in need of replacement with modern kit. We were fortunate to receive a charity grant that will cover some of the work, but need to raise another £5,000 to be able to complete our upgrade project. If we exceed it any surplus will be used to help with running expenses such as our licence fee
