We're still collecting donations
On the 10th September 2023 we'd raised £25 with 1 supporters in 28 days. But as every pound matters, we're continuing to collect donations from supporters.
We are a newly formed CIC with the ambition is to offer real time support to the Unseen victims of another's offending.

No one wakes up one day wishing to find themselves supporting a loved one going through The UK Criminal Justice System. The stigma surrounding these people and lack of understanding why they make these incredibly difficult situations is rarely discussed and the support networks to assist them through the challenges associated with their journeys is woefully inadequate.
The Ministry of Justice place huge emphasis on strong family bonds aiding the successful rehabilitation of offenders but there is little to actually facilitate this.In our experience.
In April 2023 Emma Wells published a book which discusses her journey supporting her ex partner through the lead up and duration of his custodial sentence and for 13 months post release. The book also draws on others lived and learned experiences and affords the reader a well seasoned and varied insight into an alien world that is at times terrifying and at others so rewarding.
We have created a website which expands on the books content and answers many of the questions that those on this journey will find themselves asking and also invites the visitor to join our social media pages for further advice, support and a sense of community.
There are currently around 86,000 men, women and juveniles housed in prison estates dotted around the UK, this figure is expected to rise by 5% by 2025. With very few exceptions, the vast majority of these prisoners will be being supporting by loved ones who are struggling with financial hardship caused by losing an household income, loneliness, despair, frustration and fear of the unknown.
We are raising funds to offer the Unseen Victims a telephone line where they can access real time advice and support in times of crisis. The founders have in excess of 30 years experience and are fully equipped to answer questions about every step of the CJS process from arrest through into the afterlife and what to expect when a person leaves prison custody especially focusing on finding suitable employment.
We are also hoping to be able provide emergency funding for visits and hospital appointments. Funding will also be spent on the promotion and marketing of the Unseen Victims Project.
